Ellesmere Port Circle No 273

Ellesmere Port Circle No 273, was inaugurated in September 1973 and has just celebrated its 40th anniversary at the original venue Ellesmere Port Civic Hall, attended by Grand President and his wife Ann and 140 Wives and Brothers from Circles across England.

We hold our monthly meetings, except in December (when we have a Christmas Party) and we dine at the Grange in Thornton Hough and are joined quarterly by our wives.

During the year we have social functions ranging from simple country walks, theatre trips, attending horse race meetings at Bangor on Dee Racecourse and our major social function, our Ladies Night.

We celebrate Vocations with a Mass in September and the Circle remembers past Brothers and families with a Mass before our November meeting.

Visiting Brothers are guaranteed a warm welcome from Ellesmere Port Circle where they will find friendship and faith in abundance.
